The time has come for your routine dental appointment. Our dentists and team recommend that these appointments occur at least every six months. We urge that you do not put off or ignore these appointments. Our team can help you to improve and maintain your oral health when you visit our office regularly.

Dental Cleaning
When you come in for your dental cleaning and exam appointment, our hygienist will first thoroughly clean each of your teeth. All plaque and tartar will be removed from the teeth and below the gumline with a special tool. Removing tartar and plaque can help prevent periodontal disease and other dental issues. Then your teeth will be flossed and polished.

Thorough Dental Examination
Dr. Lippas and Dr. Lippas will then examine your gums, each of your teeth, and your mouth for signs of cavities, gum disease, and other dental problems. If anything is amiss, our dentists will discuss your treatment options with you.

Dental X-Rays
Our dentists may decide to take X-rays depending on your oral health, age, and other factors. These X-rays can help them to detect issues that may not have been visible to the naked eye.
